Thread: almost a full day of no incoming calls

Default almost a full day of no incoming calls

could not get incoming calls yesterday, then figured out I could not make calls either.
Tech supports answer, as usual, is to reboot the ATA after they made their changes.

After that I could make calls but still could not receive.

    Support suggested forwarding my ports.

I told them for AT LEAST the 2nd time that my ATA is outside my router and has it's own IP address.

They made more changes and after this morning's reboot I still can't get calls, not a pleasant situation when it's a business line.

I made a test call and found 7 entries in my call log for 1 call.

    Hello Patoka,

Please PM me with your information so that I may take a gander at your account. The multiple call logs may be a symptom of the cause of the issues.
