It appears that you have a call route that is blacklisting calls. Please check you call routes. Please let me know if this does not resolve your issue.
Good to hear from you again Brandon !! Nothing has changed in the last few years, other than a virtual number I ported out. If there is a blacklist blocking calls, then please remove it. My phone has worked perfectly for years, until I started having issues with my virtual #.

If you could only fix my virtual number issue associated with the ticket listed in my first post. I still get a busy signal when calling my old virtual # from my home phone.
