    Default Tim - need help with ticket JGK-992456

    Been 2 days now without service, can you find out what's going on?

    I requested a new ATA, have not heard any replies to that idea. Linksys is not commercial grade equipment, haven't used any of their routers in years.

    I have friends who have Cox and Time Warner voip, no one ever complains about their service.

    I understand that there are 3rd parties involved with voip, some of the network tests I've run for support show dropouts in the middle of networklayer.com's routers.

    I will have a manager get in touch with you to discuss. Based on the ticket it sounds like the ATA may be going bad and needs to be swapped out. The manager will look into it more and discuss with you.
