    Tim,

    Regarding the adapter, it's currently retailing for less than the cost you are passing on to us. I am guessing the cost has gone down but you haven't adjusted the amount you are charging us. Please look into this and revise your pricing.

    How do we know what brand and model adapter you shipped our customers so we can send the appropriate instructions?

    Is there a way for a subscriber to call from another phone his Voipo number and dial out on his second line? That would be really handy for someone who is traveling and needs to make international calls.

    1) We sell Grandstream HT502s for $40. You are correct in that you might be able to find the hardware itself for less elsewhere. There are costs associated with maintaining inventory for resellers, programming the devices when they go out (setting the provisioning server in them), etc and that is factored into the price we charge.

    You're welcome to purchase them from any vendor and program them yourself if you choose. As an example, new devices are not going to know to connect to VOIPo servers to download their configuration even if you've properly set them up in the reseller panel. The device would need to be configured to connect to us to download its configuration file or it wouldn't know to do so from the factory.

    2) In order to maintain consistency, reseller shipments are always new Grandstream HT502s.

    3) We don't offer a dial in and dial out feature like that, sorry.
