Once in new VM

Hmm (5) Plays the envelope and message

I would prefer the envelope to play with the back(4)/next(6) buttons and the message(5) to just play the message. If you miss the envelope, just hit next, then back for it to repeat the envelope info.

Please: Allow in advanced options, the assigning of voice tags to Groups.
Let the user assign their order in vPanel.

Please: Allow a message option ... say "0" ... that would respond with:
"Message is Group < ... >. To reassign press one for < ... >, two for < ...> ... ... zero to cancel this command."

For messages never assigned to a Group,
use the CID and CNAM to populate the phone book if you assign a Group.

For managing the phone book,
add a TAB for each group, and add a search to find an entry in any Group.

I also see no reason the phone book needs to whitelist or blacklist individual numbers.
You could always have an UNKNOWN, WHITELIST, BLACKLIST Groups and let users expand from that.
