    Default ATA behind a switch

I have just signed up for the service. I have an Apple 100MB Airport Extreme router. Unfortunately all the available ports (3) are being used. Can I connect one of the ports to a switch and connect the ATA to the switch?

    Yes, that should be fine.

Careful, though! Typical residential switches are easily saturated. I had a printer plugged into one of the ports, and whenever I printed, remote party couldn't hear a word of what I was saying. So, I would prefer, if at all possible, plug ATA straight into the router, and maybe combine less latency-sensitive devices behind the switch.
