Bria 4 Configuration
Lately, the caller on the other end says that I go in and out. Sometimes, the caller can hear me when I am talking but I can't hear them. What are all the settings that should be set up for my Bria 4 softphone? Voipo Support keeps telling me to forward my ports but the softphone is not a connected device. And I was told I don't need to have the ATA connected. I'm ready to trash this whole thing because I have never been able to get excellent call quality and neither Bria or Voipo can help me with this problem.
