Outgoing calls and even more Data Entry to make the calls go through - Is there a fix
Been with Voipo for almost a year now.
Since the beginning found that customer service would have to enter in many #'s into tables to allow me to dial out. Had this occur for the first 3 months almost weekly. That fell off, becoming a every 1-2 month issue.
Today saw all toll free calls having this problem with a twist. Would dial a # and leave it open and after about 60 seconds, the party (IVR) answered. Got an operator and told them to call me since I was also seeing my connection drop off. They called and we were able to have a clear discussion for 20 minutes. Incoming calls work great on VOIPO....
Question to VOIPO and anyone else... Is there a fix for the call routing planned for 2012 or 2013? No phone service has told me that they have to add #"s to allow calls to go through. VOIPO, or their subcontractor, call routing leaves much to be desired and without planned improvements, I will not be renewing.
Nice people but service/technology is substandard (spent too much time on the phone so far...)
