Yeah, they are away on weekends. I guess everyone needs some time off then why not these guys? But there are major competitors who provide 24 x 7 services. They may be a tough call to handle. Nevertheless, I never had a problem and I then never bothered to call or email any of them. Hope I have not to in future also.
