I'm back online. Never got the email. One more nail in the Hotmail coffin.

    Thanks!

Glad to hear everyone is getting set. If anyone else has issues, let us know.

    Hi, Tim....

Should my Vpanel be working...I still can't access it.

I have the GS and am provisioned along with my MAC address.
Maybe this would make a difference.

Me neither, and I have a Google Mail account.
With GMail, Godady Hosted Email, I keep getting service messaged from capital1 saying to check my email address.
I finally gave them my work address and all is quiet

I'm also unable to access the vPanel for my Residential account. My Express account worked just fine, however. I submitted a ticket for the Residential lockout. # is MUE-709474.

Edit 2:OK, I'm a moron--I had changed my password and had forgotten about it.

Edit: BTW, sip.voipwelcome.com seems to be working OK. But I did have some weird routing about 15-30 mins ago. Outbound calls didn't connect to the correct line (don't know where they connected to--that's why I wanted to get into the vPanel). For one connection, voice was choppy, and after a few seconds it cleared up enough for me to confirm that I had connected to the wrong number. FWIW, I have 'proof' (Asterisk log) that I dialed the correct number.
Edit 3: My call logs confirm that I dialed the correct number: 202-222-xxxx. However, I am fairly certain that I was somehow connected to 413-739-zzzz... I placed these calls between 2:45 - 2:50pm, as listed in my CP (Eastern time). I assume the connection to the 413 number, because the holder of that number called my voipo line. I saw it ring once but ignored the call (didn't recognize the number); that number also connected with my mobile phone twice, which is my failover number.

Humbug. Just noticed that zeus is not allowing pings, so my monitoring SW is failing

Yeah, our new systems run with pretty tight security.

I take it that means "no ping for you?" Not bitching, just want to know if I should stop monitoring it.

Well it just means pings won't work, right. It only responds on the ports we use for service.

Well, now I can't log into either the Express or Residential accounts. And, I've changed nothing!

And then it was back! ;-)
