I have CSipSimple installed on my Samsung Galaxy Player WiFi device. I don't use it very often, but it's there if needed.

I'm using VMobile Talk on a couple of different devices. http://talk.vmobile.eu/ The BB version (Yeah, I know but it's the corporate standard) works great. Configuration was a snap.

    I've had success with these:

    For iOS - Media5fone; 3CX.
    For Android - CsipSimple

I know lots of people who like Acrobits.

I use the native SIP/Internet Calling client built into Android.

i tried all those apps and none of them work very good on 3g-4g or wifi, but the native SIP/Internet Calling client built into Android works perfect, fact i switch to a 100 minute 5gig plan and do all my calling with voipo over cell data and doesn't drop a call while driving between towers.
