Question Connected Devices display for 2 different BYOD Obi202s

I have 2 VOIPo accounts with OBi202s and in VPanel in Connected Devices under Features one account shows "N/A" for Received and the other account at a different location shows for Received: sip: (ip address) :5080. User Agent and Contact are identical (except for different IP addresses). Both are working. What is causing this and should I be concerned?

I determined what has caused this. The RV325 router associated with "N/A" for Received had SIP ALG enabled and once disabled, the IP address and port # was displayed. However, SIP ALG enabled still worked fine with that particular router.
