Yeah, we also have a file going with FL BBB as well. We get a decent number of complaints due to our size, but have someone who works with those customers to resolve issues.
As long as you work with the customers, the BBB is easy to deal with. They only have a problem when you stop responding or just refuse to address the complaints.
