Anyone else being charged in error for incoming fax usage?
We just received our first ever invoice for usage on our incoming 888 fax number. The problem is that we used less than 100 minutes in January, but we are being charged for every one of them. I protested to Voipo last week, and received the reply "We are reviewing the issue. We'll provide further details soon." I sent an inquiry yesterday, but they apparently don't have an answer yet, because they have not responded.
They did, however, charge my credit card last week. I'm not happy.
