    Default Remote Access Number

    Hello again,

I tried using the Remote Access Number feature, but when I tried to call Brussels, Belgium a number I call regularly from home, I got a recording that "your destination is not allowed". Any insights..

    Thanks for your assistance

Have you added the destination to your whitelist in the control panel?

For more info on how to use it to be sure it's setup correctly, login at account.voipo.com and go to the Remote Access number page and make sure the destination is whitelisted.

If so and you're still having issues, contact us at support@voipo.com and we'll be happy to help solve it for you.

    Tim,
Thanks the assistance. It works as described. It will be nice to be able to enable more international destinations
