    I just deleted all the useless ticket categories in the helpdesk that were put in there when it was installed...still not sure why that was done.

    There are now 4 options if you submit a ticket online instead of e-mailing it.

    Sales
    Support
    Billing
    Number Porting

    I also removed all the non-essential fields like ATA Model, etc.
