I just figured out my configuration error and can successfully call out on mine now...

Quattrohead- How do you mean? The chooser page? If so call tech support and give them your mac address.

    Beware the chooser page.
The FWD link downgraded my Zoom and I had some link thru a support page I plugged the MAC ID into to get it back to a newer firmware.

That was is SC with Horry Telephone Cooperative. I wish I still had reliable service like that too. Reliability with DSL, among many other things, is not something I've had since I moved to NC and Embarf's service area, even with a 'business-class' service.

Keep it or chuck it ?
During an update, one of mine got locked to some other service that may be related to Zoom. I had to return it to Zoom to be fixed [free] since they said it was a firmware failure. I think you should talk to their support first.

Before you dump them, please keep me in mind. I'd be happy to have more join my first batch, but don't want to be too greedy about it. ;-) You can always just crate them up and send them my way for at least shipping costs!

They really are a better replacement than my old DTA-310s.
