    1. I programmed 511 to go to GOOG411.
    2. Dial 511 - get connected to goog411
    3. Dial (631) 360-5111 ( a non-existent number in my area) and get Goog411.
oops, I better undo the goog411 and 511 routing before my parents think they're their friends
    my wish list:
    1. Intelligent Call Forwarding that detects the incoming call originated from the "forwarded" phone and rings the original destination instead
    2. Call History that makes use of CallerID/Custom CallerID+Location. Call History only shows Custom CallerId+Loc. No CNAM look up; Albeitly,it's a step in the right direction!
    3. Scheduled sim. ring with a twist (see wish #1)

    Thanks

Today I tried to call an 800 number, the last four digits ending in 4114. I got GOOG411 instead of the number dialed. It seems forwarding 411 to GOOG411 is forwarding any number with 411 in it.

Tim should I open a trouble ticket for this problem? I know you read the forums so I assumed you are already aware of this issue.

    Thanks

Sounds like someone blew a pattern-matching script or something

I'm going to add it to our bug list and will talk to developers about it next week.

I hear the speed dial picks up numbers before and after the 3 digit numbers

Dial a number with 411 anywhere in the number and get the 3-digit routing.

For anyone that may be having issues (I am not, but I don't know if anyone else is), there is a KB at Google's site that may/may not help. http://mobile.google.com/support/bin...53&topic=13552

    1) Users should be directed to 1-425-296-4774 instead of 1-800-466-4411.

Seems like we have some definite sub-string related number parsing issues going on with the outbound forwarding (as has been pointed out in this thread). We're taking a looking at it and should hopefully have this all cleaned up and functioning as intended soon!

Thanks! I see I can enter 411 more than once. It does not overwrite the previous routing of 411. But they can be individually deleted when you see multiples.

Odd, with 4252964774, it still went to the swamped message.

    I see DECT 6.0 phones at Wal*Mart that have a GOOG411 speed-touch button now!
