I've got some legs with my express account. I've now added a couple of residential accounts and a fax.
Express has been flawless. I use less than 100 minutes a month on express, but have not experienced any issues whatsoever.

I'm experiencing a problem with the Express service and the beta SIP forwarding, specifically one way voice. See http://forums.voipo.com/showthread.php?t=2265 for more info.
