Default Number Selection/Inventory About to Roll Out

Check out the new number selection process on the dev order form at https://billing.voipo.com/devorder/.

It's still being cleaned up but is functional and basically done now. This will be rolled out to the public order form, express local number ordering, and virtual number ordering by the end of the week (just testing more).

It now breaks things down more and the selection process goes like this:

    1) State

    2) Area Code (Within That State)

    3) City (Within That Area Code)

    4) Number Selection

This should be clear and let people narrow their search way down.

BTW, if you notice any area code linked to the wrong state, please post here. We're resyncing the mapping database tomorrow, but if you see any post here so we can make sure they are covered before we push this out.

    NC is pretty squirrely. The state should have 252, 336, 704, 828, 910, 919, and 980.

You'll need to delete 303, 360, 702, 803, 843, 864, 909, 949, and 984. 984 is mapped to NC (Raleigh area), but those numbers are not yet being assigned.

Another nitpicky thing--I see that the title bar shows "Order a Toll-Free Number from VOIPo" when I'm on the virtual (local) number...

Version 3 is not working with some of my add-on's, so I'm waiting to upgrade.

Maryland has several area codes listed. The only ones that SHOULD be there are 240, 301, 410, and 443. DC and VA area codes are listed there as well.

I had the same problem until I found the compatibility override add-on and this has virtually made almost everyone work fine.

It's called 'override all capability' and it sits in the bottom of my drop down add-on window..

    You can get it here....
