Sorry, Tim--didn't mean to cause you any angst, there. My problem with connecting is that all of my home computers and ATAs (except CallVantage, since that is still my main phone line) are currently unplugged and in a box so I could do some work in our office area. I might get back to partially-online tonight, but with more work sheduled for the week of the 15th, it will be a while before I'm fully up to speed.
It would be nice if the 1st vPanel multiple account improvement to add is a CustomerId. Based on the Id, you could display ALL the ATAs associated with that customer (In the device area from the various sign-ups -- like my two accounts).
With the Reseller program you will naturally want a ResellerId too. That is another whole integration concern that I am sure you are working on.

VOIPo is a keeper!
I had some calls cut off after 1 min and checked my control panel. I also had this error so rebooted all the network gear and now I am registered again.
Hope this fixes it.
