Regarding the adapter, it's currently retailing for less than the cost you are passing on to us. I am guessing the cost has gone down but you haven't adjusted the amount you are charging us. Please look into this and revise your pricing.

How do we know what brand and model adapter you shipped our customers so we can send the appropriate instructions?

Is there a way for a subscriber to call from another phone his Voipo number and dial out on his second line? That would be really handy for someone who is traveling and needs to make international calls.
