I did not want to bring back to life a really old thread so I will just ask have * codes (*67 ect) been setup yet? If so what codes work?

*67 and *69 should both be active.

We're working on adding some others in the near future.

Thanks for the linkback... The only 'problem' with the NANPA assignments is that they are not mandatory for VoIP providers. For instance, VoicePulse has numerous * codes that work for their system but are not mapped to the NANPA codes. IMO, following the standard is best, as it avoids confusion and eases the transition for former POTS customers.
