We're finally getting around to restructuring our forums and opening them up a little more. You should see some changes over the next few days.

We'll still be working with a set of Public Forums and a set of Customer Only forums like we have always used for HostGator.

If you have a forum account and are a current VOIPo customer, your forum account should automatically be approved for access to the customer only forums as long as the e-mail matches up to your billing account and you're active.

The account validation for that runs every night to activate any forums accounts that match a customer account.
