Hello! This just started happening about a week ago and I have no idea why. I cannot access the accounts.voipo.com site. I normally do this to check my voicemail. I know i can check it through my phone, but I like doing through the vpanel and I can check other stuff there.

I always get the message in the browser: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I have cleared my browser cache / history / cookies. I have tried another browser (Chrome and Edge). I have changed the DNS and flushed the DNS. I still get this message. I checked on the isitup website and it shows that voipo is up.

So just now, I went through the hideproxy.me website and sure enough, I can get through, login with no problems.

Does anybody have any ideas what is going on? Why this is now happening when I've never had any kind of problems accessing vpanel before?

Try https://secure.voipo.com/

accounts.voipo.com stopped working for me a few years ago and I never looked back.. But trying it just now still does not work.

It's https://account.voipo.com not https://accounts.voipo.com

If it did work before, I've never seen or used the URL https://accounts.voipo.com

Your right.. I did not catch the s at the end of account. I did have issues years ago trying account.voipo and was directed to secure at the time. Maybe a glitch back then. But I never tried since.

Yeah, sorry, that was just a typo. I have the correct URL bookmarked. One day, it just stopped working. I'm wondering if it's something to do with my home network, something happened. If I use my phone (3g, not the wifi), I can access the site no problem. For now, I'll just keep using the hideproxy site to access my account when I need to.
