View Full Version : voice mail does not pick up when simul ring enabled
I just noticed that my line never goes to VM if I have simul ring enabled. And simul ring doesnt work anyway. I disabled simul ring and VM picks up again

I just tested mine as I have simul ring enabled, and I concur. I get "Good Bye" in place of the Voice Mail answering. I disabled simul ring, and voicemail answered as it should.

I just confirmed the same. It used to work I think.

Disable simul ring and voicemail comes back to life. I am glad you brought it up and it explains why I never have voicemail.
