Just tried out *67 to my cell and the VOIPO number appeared on my cell. Is this because I am using the new Linksys pap2 ??

*67 didn't work for me the way I expected. *67 and *68 seem to toggle the CID blocking (line blocking), and do not block per-call. I have the PAP2T.

It'd be really nice if someone could help me fill out that Vertical Service Codes thread (http://forums.voipo.com/showthread.php?t=1141) I started ...

I just get a busy signal when I use *67...when I dial the number without *67, it goes through just fine...great...

For those of you using PAP2T and experiencing trouble using the *67 code - can you please open a support ticket so we can further investigate this? We suspect that this could relate firmware - we'll need to look into it though for an official conclusion.

I haven't hooked up my PAP2, but with my SPA-2102, I also get the busy signal immediately. Probably firmware related.

I want to add here that the star codes mentioned in this thread (http://forums.voipo.com/showthread.php?t=1061) are beta and intended for the ht502 devices only. The PAP2T codes will soon be released alongside the ht502 star codes which eventually will be rolled out to our KB and website making them 'official'.

I noticed you mentioned that you are using a BYOD device, could you set your dial plan as follows:

( *123S0 | 123S0 | 011[2-9]x.S3 | 1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 | [2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 | [2-9]xxxxxxS3 | [2-9]11S0 | *xxS1 | *xx1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 | *xx[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 | x. )

and see if that does not do the trick? Thanks!

It certainly did the trick...works perfectly...and I like that you kept the S0 in the string so there's no post dial delay.

Thanks....

Are these * codes available for the GS286? If not now, will they be in the future?

I think I solved my problem...If I dial *67 with my wireless phone on port #1 the CID does NOT appear on my Cell.
If I use my corded phone on port#2 the CID APPEARS on my cell. I also have the new PAP2T ATA.

Have you tried each type of phone on each port?
