This morning at around 11AM Central, we experienced a hardware failure with a RADIUS server. RADIUS handles call logs and authentication.

If you are experiencing difficulties, please reboot your adapter.

We will be reviewing the RADIUS implementation to see why it did react as we expected it to.
We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

As always, we're here to help. If you need any additional assistance, please contact our support center.

I am continuing to work with the server. I attempted to called the number listed on the account, but received only voicemail. I will continue to update you through this ticket.

Thank you,
David E

NOC Response - 2009-Feb-25 11:59 (GMT-0600) [Update 3]
The issue is the IPMI card. I have replaced the card and I am running it through the kernal and then I will bring the server online.

I'm pretty sure that would have been isolated. You would still be able to make outgoing calls if registered and we haven't really seen any more registration issues come up, so it was likely something else.

If you see anything again, contact support and let us know.
