What's going on?

I can't login. I even reset my password. It won't get past the login screen.

Firefox and IE.

Anyone else?

6:50 pm EDT

Support sent me a new password and that works.

Not sure why it didn't like my normal pw nor the first one that was generated.

But I defended Tim. I didn't think that would get me shutout.

That entire thread was ridiculous and it got worse as
more people posted.
Some of those posters there were just looking to pick a fight and would not have been happy if they were given a winning powerball ticket to make them stop complaining.

I am glad they locked the thread finally.

Every now and then the user session will not clear properly.

If you have issues, try a full logout at https://secure.voipo.com/logout and then go back to https://secure.voipo.com to login again.

That clears any session lingering in the system.

Can't login to vPanel, even logging out.
I know there are other issues that have been going on ...

Phones are fine here.

It's OK here and for me, since yesterday, it is as fast as I've ever seen it. Snaps right up.

Burris,

Is your device appearing in vPanel? I can log in, but no devices are shown. I was wondering if this was due to the scheduled maint.?

EDIT: ATA indicates registered - haven't tried test call.

Just tried incoming/outgoing test calls and both worked fine - still no device on vPanel.

Edit: Ticket submitted - JGR-402669

Just a thought.

Sometimes the VPanel gets cached...maybe log out and re-log in and see what happens..

Don't know that it's related, but Tim has not posted that they're finished: http://forums.voipo.com/showthread.php?t=1341

I took it to mean it was this coming night - Tim you may want to clarify such important messages with a date, e.g. 1 am to 3 am CDT on Apr 25.

That was my take too. But then Brian is an "Administrator" and not a mere mortal like me.

No problems logging in and both lines showing as registered.

For the record, I have no more insight into their internal operations than anyone else here, and I have no affiliation with them other than helping out a little on the forums :)
