Seems all I read lately is bad news.;)

So I just wanted to let you know Tim (and anyone who still has a faulty 502) that since replacing my 502 with the PAP2 that I have not had a single problem. I appreciate you all working so hard to get the problem resolved. The PAP2 is a much better ATA in general.

I am very happy with my service now.

Thanks again!

It's funny... I signed up end of January, so I was in the first batch of people where there were no HT502's (supplier was closed for Chinese New Year) and Tim couldn't get restocked. I was anxious to get started, so I was told I could wait for the HT502, or get a PAP2T now. I took the PAP2T, but I felt like I was short changed, because the bulk of the posts at that time were gushing how much better the voice quality was on the GS's than anything else users with prior VOIP experience had encountered.

Btw, I was still blown away with voice quality even with the PAP2T.

It would be great if you guys could post your experiences with the PAP2s on the other forum too. So many people are skeptical that the PAP2s won't fix anything.
