An upstream provider that provides 411, 911, and CNAM services to VOIPo is performing scheduled maintenance today to the web-based portions of their service including their APIs.

Maintenance will be concluded by 9:30 Mountain Time.

Inbound Caller ID

During this window, if a call comes in without a Caller ID name and we need to look it up, this lookup may fail.

E911 Address Changes

During this window, access to view or modify your E911 address will be intermittent.

This will not affect calling 911 or 911 call routing at all. It only affects the web-based portions such as updating/viewing the E911 address. 911 calls will go through normally.

The upstream carrier partner in question here did not fully complete their maintenance in that round.

This maintenance window will be repeated tonight from 8PM - 2AM Mountain Time to finish some remaining items.

Again, E911 Address updates and Caller ID Name lookups may be sporadic during that time. E911 calls will NOT be impacted.

Calls should not be affected and we are re-verifying on our end that nothing is dependent upon these which would cause an interruption.
