Not that it matters to me but I noticed in the control panel that the E911 info I put in is gone. I would assume there was some kind of unscheduled maintenance going on but I wanted to let you know about it anyway.

No E911 info was erased.

There was a short time where it was temporarily not viewable due to planned upstream maintenance (not on our end) on the part of the upstream E911 provider, but it was still there and calls would route accordingly.

We don't store E911 info locally. It's all viewed and stored directly with the third-party E911 provider so there's never a case of it being out of sync. When they conduct maintenance, that means when we query them for the address on file, it wouldn't show up.
