At this point, the HT502 recall is basically complete and we've received most of them back at this point with just a few trickling in/out now.

Over the next few days, we're going to scan all of the received ones in. This will mark them as received and do the following:

1) Notify you of the return status

2) Issue the $4.95 shipping credit to your VOIPo account

3) Completely remove the device from all our systems including provisioning

If you've inquired about and already received the shipping credit, it will not post to your account twice.

Once this is complete, we'll post an update here. At that point, you should see the shipping credit in your account.

Shortly after this is complete, we'll follow up with an audit to determine which ATAs haven't been returned and will be contacting those users by e-mail.
