x-lite not registering...

x-lite is giving me a "408 - Request Timeout".
I've set it up according to what voipo support said.

This system is in the DMZ, I've turned off firewall, anti-v protectors, ad-aware, etc... there's nothing that should be blocking it.
Any ideas, folks? I'm at my wits end, here.

Timeout generally means you are not getting response from the SIP server. Try changing the ports in the Topology section to something like 6060-6061 and see if it work.

In your traceroute, the first hop is the SIP server. Is that an accidental copy/paste error?
