Hey Tim,

I've used (successfully) online chat a few times, and noticed the support folks don't have any identifying information on who they are. Any way to either associate a name, or at least agent ID, with the reps so we can identify them later if needed? (Note, it's been a few weeks since I've used it, so I apologize if this has been addressed since then)
