we REALLY need a feature user manual

Hey guys. It seems like a lot of the bugs are worked out and the service is much better. However, I added a number to blacklist today that was an obvious telemarketer, and now I cant find any info on what that is or what it affects. It is the same for all of the features on VOIPO. I know that some are self explanatory, but many are not. We need a user guide.
