Logging into it using "user" credentials, I see 8/1/2009 22:04:10. It's now 9:04 EDT. My vPanel is set to Eastern. Why is mine ahead by an hour? I logged in because the wife complained the phones were showing the wrong time.

Mine are ahead an hour also. I remember this happening before, and support eventually sent out an update to the PAP.

Never noticed that!

My vPanel is set to Eastern. The vPanel controls only the times shown on the vPanel call log. I believe the PAP2 has a time zone setting on the "Regional" tab in the Admin login. I'll bet that's the one that's off.

Me too.

Maybe the fact that my Vpanel preference is set to EAST, but , it says I'm currently comnnected to sip-central01?

I did have this problem back on April 29th.

I just noticed that my callerID was an hour ahead on my calls (and hadn't noticed that before). I was checking here to see if anyone else was having this issue. I bet they are related.

It's actually reading one hour ahead in the PAP2 itself..

Has anyone put in a ticket?

Has anyone put in a ticket?
I was going to give them through EOB today before opening a ticket (since there's no support on weekends) unless someone else responds here that they've already opened a ticket.

I see over time that a number of VOIPo techs are monitoring this forum.
I would think that they picked up on this and are already looking into it..

I suspect Tim would rather see tickets submitted so that issues can be tracked. If the problem still exists when you next look at your adapter, go ahead and submit the ticket.

(This is easy for me to say--I don't have a provisioned PAP2... )

Hey Guys, anyone experiencing this time difference, please power-cycle your device and allow for 2-3 minutes to elapse, then see if the time is not now properly adjusted, thanks!

Mine is correct now, even without power cycling. Thanks Brandon.
