Currently our Houston Sales & Support center is experiencing an electrical emergency this is causing issues with our internet connectivity and the electric service.

As a result support is currently unavailable via phone or live chat. Please contact support at support@voipo.com if you need assistance. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and hope to have the office fully functional again shortly.

This is not service impacting as no equipment is hosted in our office, this is sales and support only.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience in this matter!

Our Sales & Support center remains closed at this time, but most employees are working from a contingency location or at home at this time.

It's been determined that a transformer will need to be replaced. As soon as the electricians give the clear that there is no damage that prevents it, our building will be switched to 100% generator power for the time being until a new transformer can be delivered and installed.

We expect the generator switch to happen tonight and with the information we have no, we see no reason that we will not be reopening to office tomorrow for normal business hours.

Again, this does not impact service at all as no equipment is located in Houston.

We will post updates here and on Twitter if there are any changes.

At this time, power has been restored to the building.

The HVAC system, elevators and several other key systems do have damage due caused by partial phase power and a surge.

As a result, our sales and support center will continue to operate in accordance with disaster recover plans until these system to be repaired.

On the bright side, this is a good practice run for the hurricane season which is now upon us.

We will continue to post updates here and on Twitter as they are available.

Our Sales & Support center remains closed at this time until HVAC for our floor is repaired but most employees are working from a contingency location or at home at this time.

We are now offering support through all normal channels, but some response times may be slower than usual.
