A hardy thanks to the phone support people. I had a problem with incoming calls, most likely because I have a second device on Vonage. I called, explained the problem, 2 VTA reboots later and all was fixed. Total time: about 5 minutes.

Compare that to the time I called Vonage about my voice mail indicator light being stuck ON. 90 minutes later that was fixed - by me calling my phone and leaving another voice mail. I hung up on their support.

We had some VM issues for maybe a month where it kept coming back on.
That is almost forgotten history now.

VOIPo has high standards to live up to.
There is VOIPoTim of course.
Then there is HostGator.

You will notice HostGator is fast, courteous, and gets it solved.
VOIPo is very much cut from that culture.
Two companies that are predictable in customer satisfaction. :)
