I am wondering if VOIPo will provide prepaid credit for international calls. For example, $10 increment, $20, ... so on. In this way, customers can have control on the minutes.

Not yet, but once the new billing system launches (end of year is target), it's all done in real-time so any charges show up as pending in vPanel right after the call is made so you can see it. Then once the charges reach a predefined amount or the monthly billing cycle comes around, it'll be charged to 0 it out. This prevents a ton of small charges, but doesn't let things build up a ton.
It already has the ability for us to set "credit limits" but we could probably look at adding something for you guys to do that too.
On a side note, once that new system goes live, all NEW Express accounts will be fully prepaid only (existing ones grandfathered in) so in order to receive calls over the included minutes, they would need to have funds in the account.
