My problem with this feature is that, for most numbers in Call Histoy, the Caller ID identified (name/company) is omitted and all we get is the phone number and the reference ID. Not good. I'd rather have the Caller ID name if we have a choice.

Gene

I see, both CID number, CNAM name, and Reference ID.

I'd show an image of an incoming one but the site says my jpg file is not valid

Some do, but most don't show the CNAM name for either of my two residential lines. That it works for you doesn't mean it's consistent. Obviously it's not.

Sounds like a ticket is needed.

I was thinking the feature is still under construction, so maybe it's not consistent.

But if the VOIPo folks think I should, I will.

Gene,

With the new Call History -- Caller-ID Name / Information will only show up on Incoming calls to you, it will not look up numbers upon clicking on them. So if the phone number had any CNAM information to collect then it should be there, again on incoming calls. If you have any specific examples you would like me to look at, simply PM me the Call-ID of a call you are referencing without CNAM that should have CNAM showing. Thanks!

A couple sent that did, as I recall, have CNAM info.

I have the same issue Gene. Before they all would show CNAM info, now very few of them show a name. These are all incoming calls.

As far as I know, all my incoming calls show CNAM and Call reference ID.
