Calls from my phone are showing up as 'Unknown Number'. I do not have OB CID blocked or anything. Wondering if anyone else is having issues ?

Anyone know what the message says to blocked callers ?
When I call my Voipo virtual number from my main residential number it sounds like it says 'the caller you are calling does not accept blocked calls'. The 'caller you are calling' doesn't make much sense ?
