Hi People,

I saw a bill for my international calls in the billing system. When I clicked on the link "Click to pay", and got a error in red text "Payment attempted failed.". Does anyone try that??

Are you using PayPal by chance?

The "Click to Pay" will charge the credit card on file. If you don't have a credit card on file and want to use PayPal, just send the payment to billing@voipo.com with the invoice number and it will be manually applied. Unfortunately PayPal does not allow us to automatically charge accounts and requires the user to go through their site when making payment, so it's not fully integrated into vPanel at this time like credit cards are.

Sounds good. All PayPal payments are queued up if not automatically matched up and it'll get manually applied, so you'll be all set.

I just made a payment through PayPal, and sent the statement to VOIPo Billing @ billing@voipo.com.
