Was on the phone yesterday for about 3/4 hour and when I checked on the ipanel it only posted 1 minute. Just curious why this happened. I know its been accurate before and wondering if it might be an indication of a current problem I have been having with getting a busy signal on line 2 when I try to answer a call. I know this is a stretch but strange thinks do happen on voip's
I did send in a ticket on the busy signal and it is being investigated.
