Anyone else have issues with VOIPo this morning. I can't seem to login to my vPanel, my phone lights on the ATA are dark, one call went to voicemail earlier today and the wife is very upset. My internet connection appears be solid based on my uVerse modem stats.

Glad its just not me and there are others (hopefully with wives trying to call out) sharing the misery.

We experienced a short database issue, which was resolved within a few minutes. If you are still experiencing any further issues, please reboot your device and you advise if you are having any further troubles. Your device will automatically reconnect in a few minutes.

I checked my ATA and it was dark. I rebooted, and both lines came back (not before my wife noticed the outage, however).

I can confirm I'm back (at least the lines are lit). However, an incoming call of the wife's over an hour ago went to voice mail (sigh). So I know I've had problems over a span of over an hour (though not continuously).

Russell,

I would not be able to tell you if that was related or not. However if you would like for us to further look into this matter, please PM me a Call Reference ID and I'd be more than happy to look at this problematic call. Thank you!

I've PMed you the Call Reference ID, Brandon. It's the call at 11:16 EST in my log.

It's entirely possible the RT31P2 was doing it's reboot thing at that moment. Btw, is there a panel that we have access to that tells you how long the RT31P2 has been up? I know there's one with the PAP2T.

This was very short, but I had put in a ticket.
A reboot was the trick, once vPanel worked

It had worked 2 minutes earlier!
12:21PM 12/26/2009 I submitted a ticket
12:35PM 12/26/2009 I reported that it was working again

Hi Brandon,

Any news on that PM I sent you? The reason I ask is that I look at my RT31P2 and both phone lights are dark. A few seconds later they light up.

I'll ask the question I asked above again - anyway to tell how long the RT31P2 has been up? I'm wondering if it's rebooting a little too often.

Today is 12/28/2009. It is 1:18PM CST. I called wife from office. She picked up the phone, but immediately turns into busy signal. On my side, I couldn’t hear anything. I tried twice, same problem.

Anyone got the same problem???
