I had selected "Block all unknown calls" on https://secure.voipo.com/features

As a result, all was peaceful until the wife could not call from work recently.
The fault seemed to be a change in how the work phones pass their info.
Internally VOIPo could fully identify the call, but no voicemail - just a message plays.

I tried a recent change. I selected "Block Calls Marked as Private" on https://secure.voipo.com
In routing I routed "All Unknown Calls" to Voice Mail.
The result is, when the wife calls home on her white-listed work number, it again rings the phone.

End result:

A quiet phon, ringing only when I allow it. :)
I *think* there are no calls unintentionally getting blocked. :)

A guess/speculation, would be that Routing (https://secure.voipo.com/features/call_routes) is more sophisticated with more internal info to base the rules on.

I had a number that was already whitelisted blocked today X 2. The call log indicated that Voipo correctly identified the calling number, but was blocked despite it being in the whitelist.

VOIPo could derive a CNAM and such - not quite sure exactly how it all is handled.
I think it may be the ability at a switch, versus back office routing?

Yea, it seems "B A U C" has some issues. No one from NJ using AT&T Wireless (virtually my entire family) was able to get through. They seem to have fixed that specifc group but now I'm not sure who else is NOT getting through.
