First question:
Since the costs show on reseller.voipwelcome.com, why are costs showing on the user control panel? I can see showing Reseller markup for a By-The-Minute-Plan, otherwise, costs should be hidden.

Also, a second question:
Allowed minute usage with the default of 500,
is that per month/billing cycle, or just a bucket of minutes?assigned to
And, a third question:
Can a big bucket of minutes be assigned to multiple ATAs?
(Think Family share plan.)

The answers to your questions are as follows:
The cost in the users control panel will be hidden.
The 500 minute default -- is simply a suggested limit, however it does not imply that there is 500 minutes included for a phone number. It is simply a default.
You can divide your minute usage however you seem fit -- as the unit / variable at hand is simply a per minute fee. We are not allocating any chunk of minutes.
Please let me know if this all makes sense, thanks!

Right, the limit section is just so you can set your own softcaps/limits. The system will not let a user exceed the limit set for them. You can adjust this in real-time anytime if you need to increase/decrease it.
The limit is for the calendar month.

When you say they are showing...where/what are you seeing? Shouldn't be any cost info in the user panel.

Call History shows the charged amount for x minutes.
The column is called "FEES" just like on the reseller account.

Should be removed now :)

Correct!
Seems it is missing from the reseller Call History page too! :(

OK. Prices on Reseller, not on User CP :)

One thing i noticed on the user cp call logs
" voipo number" is highlighted in red.
This might be better changed to something like
"network number" to keep voipo transparent.

We'll get this fixed in a few minutes.
