I went to dial a few local numbers today and got a busy tone but when i tried to call from my Cell it worked fine. One of the numbers was 7065299663

The "Call Reference ID" when going to Call History, then clicking on the number, is what you should send to support.

Was this on an ATA we sent pre-programmed?

Did the failed call show up in call logs?

Yes it is your ATA and i did not check... It gave me a busy signal...

Go ahead and submit a ticket on it.

The reason I asked if it was our ATA is that the ATA has to be programmed for local dialing (ours already are) in whats called a "dial plan".

With our VOIPo-provided ones, we take the area code of the phone number you're calling from and use it. So if you are calling from a 303 number, we'd add a 303 on to the 7 digit number you dialed before sending the call out.

Yea it was one of your pre programed ones you sent me it was one of the first ones i purchased. Ill submit a ticket with the link this thread. Also can you check your email i sent you a email about reseller porting...
