View Full Version : Expiration/resync discrepancy between reseller CP and customer CP

After comparing information displayed on the reseller CP and the customer CP (for the same account), I noticed the following discrepancy...

[The following readings were taken at 2010-01-22 23:35]

While the reseller CP displayed the following on the Accounts tab:
5675551212 sip:5675551212@192.168.1.54:5094 2010-01-23 05:36:08
5675551212 sip:5675551212@192.168.1.54:5098 2010-01-23 05:35:47

The customer CP displayed the following on the Features - Device tab:
5675551212 sip:5675551212@192.168.1.54:5094 2010-01-22 23:36:08
5675551212 sip:5675551212@192.168.1.54:5098 2010-01-22 23:35:47

Based on what I know about how VOIPo's 'heartbeat' process, the information being displayed on the customer CP appears to be the correct information.

Of course, now that I say that and type all of this, is it possible that the information being displayed on the reseller CP is reflecting zulu time (similar to what I mentioned in a different post related to call history)? If so, I believe it would be more helpful to have it reflect the time based on the time zone identified in the preferences tab.
