An Outbound Routing shortcut sending say 501 to 555-123-4321
will show in the call log as: 501(From) 5551234321L(To) 18:12(Start Time) 2(Duration) 0.022(Fees)
It is also be grouped within a date.



That leaves a guessing game of USA or Canada, or the actual number at all called.
There is also a Call Reference ID: but no tool for the Reseller.

What tools can be expected? Or is a column missing?

When the customer updates their password on their account, there is nowhere else being provided to see what the routing rule does. And the password is only remembered now, because there are a few accounts under test after creation.
